Was jedoch bedeuten diese vermeintlich widersprüchlichen Ziele für Soziolog_innen und was sagt das über das Fach selbst aus?Natalie Mevissen untersucht das Verhältnis der Soziologie zur Gesellschaft mit Hilfe hermeneutischer Interviewanalysen und formuliert zugleich Bedingungen für eine theoretisch wie methodologisch fundierte Wissenschaftssoziologie der Soziologie.
