The Ukrainian version of this book was published by Laurus Publishing House in Kyiv in 2018. The Russian edition by Novoe Literaturnoe Obozrenie was published in Moscow in 2019. The English version, abridged and updated, was completed in 2020 under the favorable circumstances of COVID-19.
